Great service, great communication, and friendly staff.
My experience with Rey’s was great. Staff was very informative and helpful. The caught and informed me of a few smaller things that did need to be replaced but also did let me know that in their opinion there was a couple things I wanted done that were not needed at the time. They are not a group that is trying to make extra money on upgrades but care about the customer. Very refreshing in this current market.
Clean entrance, no waiting to speak to service tech, took information regarding my vehicle issue and was thorough inquiring. Explained they will look at it and get back with me regarding options as soon as they can. They called, explained options, cost, completed the job, called me back when complete... picked up and all went as explained. No issues. My vehicle was clean when returned, no mess. I would expect nothing else but top line service and professionalism, and got it.
