It was our first time replacing all 4 tires at Rey's Auto, the place is very clean and has a nice and cozy waiting area with complementary coffee and TV, plus you can even peek through the door window to see which technician is performing the work and how he is progressing. Although they broke a lock bolt, BUT it was not their fault at all, the tech did the torque according to the vehicle's spec. So GM's engineers need to fix this common quality issue. I have it on my TO DO LIST after the Holidays, which is making phones calls or write letters to GM Quality Control Engineering Dept. to have them possibly revise/lower the specs on Cruz's torque requirement, so the same issue will be resolved. Good luck to myself!!! please patronize THIS shop, they are local and family owned for 31 yrs. Jerry is a SUPER honest business owner THAT PART even goes w/ his look, still unsure? drop your car with them, and check it out yourself!
